Business Intelligence (BI) Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt am Main
💻What You’ll Do:
Campaign Performance & Reporting
- Define and implement the BI strategy across CRM, media, and other marketing touch points INNOCEAN owns.
- Own the roadmap and architecture of BI tool, ensuring scalable, efficient data models and pipelines.
- Collaborate with data team to develop ETL workflows that power dashboards and analytics products.
- Act as gatekeeper of marketing and media data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity
Dashboarding & Data Visualization
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to visualize:
- CRM campaign performance (open/click/conversion rates, churn, LTV)
- Paid media performance (reach, impressions, CTR, CPM, ROAS)
- Cross-channel attribution and funnel health
- Create reporting frameworks that serve both internal team and clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a strategic partner to CRM, Media, UX, and Strategy teams by aligning business questions with the right data solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to collect reporting requirements and turn them into actionable dashboards or reports.
- Liaise with IT and platform teams to ensure data governance, access rights, and tool integration.
🧠 What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Marketing Analytics
- Proven experience managing BI platforms and reporting frameworks across marketing domains (CRM, media, eCommerce, CX)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Fluent English skills
- Proficiency in dashboarding tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt)
- Strong understanding of key CRM and media performance metrics
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
