CRM strategy manager (m/f/d)

💻What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a CRM and e-CRM communication strategy through creative, engaging and targeted campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of client’s customer data and/or data to identify customer pain points and sequential experiences.
- Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to infuse leading practices around dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns
- Align on omni-channel experiences of the customer journey, constantly improving processes to optimize the customer journey to increase conversion and customer retention rate.
- Work closely with Data analytics, Web and creative team to develop effective and integrated campaigns.
- Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
🧠 What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, UX, Communications, or related field); Master’s or CX certifications
- Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving Campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control in execution and deployment
- Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Understanding of the automotive industry is an asset
