International Coordination Manager (m/f/d) 

Location: Berlin

As an International Coordination Manager, you are responsible for managing and coordinating the localization and adaptation of campaign assets through our network’s local offices.

Your Tasks:

  • You are the main point of contact for the account management teams in the network’s offices to turn to when they need creative campaign resources.
  • You monitor, support and guide local markets to understand and properly adapt and localize the creative assets of centrally produced campaigns.  
  • You act as an ambassador of the central INNOCEAN team and guide the markets towards a correct and coordinated use of the central campaigns.  
  • You will be the point of contact for our client’s team during the localization process: keeping the team constantly informed of all international localization requests and coordinating the approval process for proposed materials by liaising with clients, the account management team, local market account managers, the creative team to ensure accurate creative fit and the strategy team to ensure strategically correct interpretation.
  • You act as a quality-guarantor for all localized campaign assets to ensure that markets follow the brand’s Corporate Identity and adhere to the campaigns’ strategic and creative messages. This is crucial to guarantee a uniform appearance of the brand throughout all markets.
  • You create and maintain a monthly localization report that provides an overview of all localized campaign assets across all markets.
  • Share issues with all relevant stakeholders.
  • You work closely with the media team to ensure that markets are working with the right assets and provide information as needed.

Your Profile: 

  • University degree or equivalent in Marketing & Communication or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in a coordination/organisation role, preferably in an agency
  • Very well structured and excellent organizational skills
  • Clear understanding of the strategic and creative essence of all central campaigns
  • Diplomacy in dealing with a variety of different local market conditions and internal and external politics
  • Determined and persuasive communicator, dealing with local markets and key clients
  • Excellent time management
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
