For our Insights & Analytics team in Frankfurt, we are looking for you in the role of
Junior Insights & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt/ Main
Your Tasks:
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including market research projects (e.g., consumer surveys, focus groups etc.), external and internal statistics, web analytics et al.
- Support the development of marketing intelligence by (co-)creating market and target audience profiles, customer journey maps, views on the competitive landscape
- Desk research and research using information platforms like creative databases, trend databases, marketing intelligence platforms like WARC, Mintel etc.
- Review of third-party reports e.g., from research vendors, our media-agency, Google etc.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous and ad hoc market research projects like brand tracking, creative post- and pre-tests, product and service satisfaction surveys, product clinics etc.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholder, external research vendors, agencies and clients to ensure high-quality market research and intelligence outputs.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, sociology, business administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R or similar; Experience with web analytics and social listening tools is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey (complex) insights to diverse audiences
- First experience in customer insights, market research, or a similar role, with a strong drive to deliver actionable insights would be advantageous
- First experience in developing customer personas, journey maps, and other tools that inform customer-centric strategies would be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders
