Project Manager Driving Experience Motorsport (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt
Your tasks:
- Organizing and operation of different driving events
- Development of a 360° guest flow and hospitality experience
- Consulting and project-specific coordination of the requirements on the concept, functionality, organization, deadline, equipment, and budget
- Creation of integrated implementation plans and process organization with duty, deadline, budget, and resource planning.
- Quality control and supervision of the performance of the different suppliers during the events
- Supervision and coordination of the different suppliers during the entire process of the event
- Evaluation of guest and client feedback
- Finance, contract and invoice management
- Supporting the organization of internal and external events
- Administrative and organizational tasks (documentation, reporting, presentation)
Your profile:
- Minimum 2 years of proven business experience in an event agency, hotel and hospitality environment or similar role
- High passion for driving experience and motorsports
- Ability to work under pressure is one of your absolute strengths
- Organizational talent, working fast and independently
- Strong service mentality and high-quality standards
- Willingness to travel
- Strong Excel and Power Point Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English , German skills helpful
